Hi, I'm Lisa.. a fierce lover of life and the people walking through it! I know how a busy lifestyle can be as the mother of 3 children, but I also know taking care of yourself and making time for your health and wellness is an excellent stress reducer!! I am a NASM certified personal trainer, and an ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist who loves to Lifestyle Coach!! I have a genuine interest in helping people find "their version' of a FIT and HEALTHY lifestyle.  It doesn't have to be complicated or take hours of your day! Everyone has to start somewhere. I teach in the gym, your home, or the classroom. I offer retreats and workshops to work with you WHEREVER you are on the journey to good health!
