What do you need to do to feel better?
Be more aware of food choices
Change up workouts
Build boundaries with work friends etc
Control calendar chaos
If I could focus on one goal to accomplish this year ... it would be to:
Like myself more
Lose weight/inches to feel better
Take back some control of my life
Spend more time relaxing and enjoying friend time/ making memories
Slowing down and considering how important peace of mind is to my health and wellness
